How fast is delivery, and what does it cost?

Express delivery inside Doha arrives within 60 minutes for QAR 25. Standard delivery is QAR 15 with same-day service across most of Qatar. Orders over QAR 99 ship free, and branch pickup is always free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, card on delivery using the driver’s mobile terminal, or secure online card payment at checkout. Choose whichever suits you at the time.

How does prescription upload work?

Upload a clear photo of your prescription on our website. A licensed pharmacist reviews it, then confirms availability and price by phone or WhatsApp within 30 minutes during opening hours. Once you approve, we deliver to your door.

Are your products genuine?

Yes, without exception. We are licensed by Qatar’s health authorities under licence number MOPH license number to be displayed here, and every item comes from authorised distributors, is stored to manufacturer specifications and is checked by a pharmacist before dispatch.

Do you accept health insurance?

Not online yet, though it is coming soon. For now, online orders are paid directly and you receive a detailed invoice, which you may be able to use for reimbursement with your insurer.

How do you handle medicines that need refrigeration?

Cold-chain items such as insulin are kept in monitored pharmacy fridges and delivered in insulated packaging. These orders are handed to you personally, so please be available at your address.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened non-medicinal items can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. Medicines are non-returnable under Qatar health regulations. Anything damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded, just tell us within 48 hours.

How do I track my order?
