- Step 1: Take a clear photo of your prescription and upload it using the form below. Make sure the writing, the date and the doctor’s stamp are all visible.
- Step 2: A licensed pharmacist reviews it and contacts you by phone or WhatsApp within 30 minutes during opening hours to confirm availability, answer your questions and agree the price. Nothing is charged until you approve.
- Step 3: Your medicines are prepared, checked and delivered to your door: within 60 minutes inside Doha on express delivery, or same-day across most of Qatar.
What makes a valid prescription
- Issued by a licensed doctor or clinic, with the patient’s name clearly shown.
- Dated and still within its validity period.
- Medicine name, strength and dosage instructions legible.
- Doctor’s signature or clinic stamp visible.
Certain controlled medicines require the original paper prescription under Qatar health regulations. If that applies to yours, the pharmacist will explain exactly what is needed when they call, and our driver can collect the original at delivery.
