Where we deliver
Everywhere in Qatar. Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Khor and the communities in between. The exact delivery options for your address are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
When your order arrives
- Express inside Doha: delivered within 60 minutes of pharmacist confirmation.
- Same-day across Qatar: orders placed during opening hours reach most areas the same day.
- Your exact options and timing are shown at checkout, so there is never any guesswork.
Delivery fees
- Standard delivery: QAR 15.
- Free delivery on all orders over QAR 99.
- Express 1-hour delivery inside Doha: QAR 25.
- Pharmacy pickup: always free. Choose click and collect at checkout and we will message you when your order is ready.
Paying on delivery
Pay however suits you best: cash on delivery, card on delivery using our drivers’ mobile terminals, or secure online payment when you place the order.
Cold-chain items
Insulin and other temperature-sensitive products leave our pharmacy in insulated cold-chain packaging and must be handed to you directly. Please be available at your address for these deliveries, as they cannot be left with reception or at the door.

Pharmacy products are held to stricter standards than ordinary retail, and those standards exist to protect you.
- Unopened, unused non-medicinal items such as skincare, devices and accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging.
- Medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once dispensed, in line with Qatar health regulations. Once a medicine leaves controlled pharmacy storage we can no longer guarantee its condition, so it is never restocked or resold.
- Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders are our responsibility, full stop. Tell us within 48 hours and we will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer, without forms or fuss.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +974 3369 1616 (WhatsApp) with your order number and a quick photo of the item. Our team will confirm the next steps during opening hours, usually within the hour. Refunds go back to your original payment method, or to store credit if you prefer it.
