These terms govern every purchase from Al Ataa Pharmacies through alataapharmacies.com, WhatsApp ordering or telephone. Placing an order means you accept them, so we have kept them short, fair and in plain language.<\/p>\n
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when our pharmacy team confirms it, and for prescription items, only after a licensed pharmacist has verified the prescription. We may decline an order where stock, safety or regulation requires it; if payment has been taken, it is refunded in full.<\/p>\n
All prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you pay. Occasionally a price is listed in error; where that happens we will contact you with the correct price and you may confirm the order or cancel it with a full refund.<\/p>\n
All items are subject to availability. If something in your order is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or remove it and adjust your total. We never substitute a medicine without your clear consent.<\/p>\n
Prescription items are dispensed only against a valid prescription. Our pharmacists may contact you or your prescriber to verify details, and may refuse to dispense where a prescription is invalid, expired or unclear, or where dispensing would be unsafe or contrary to Qatari health regulations. This is a professional and legal duty, and it is never personal.<\/p>\n
Delivery timings, including 1-hour express inside Doha and same-day service across Qatar, are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by weather, traffic or circumstances beyond our control. Someone must be available to receive cold-chain items in person. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.<\/p>\n
Returns are governed by our Delivery and Returns policy. In brief: unopened non-medicinal items may be returned within 7 days; medicines are non-returnable under health regulations; damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost.<\/p>\n
Products must be used according to their labelling and any advice from your pharmacist or doctor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
